	7th September 2004 - Mustang awarded engineering design of four fixed platforms Mustang Engineering ("Mustang") has been selected by Amerada Hess Equatorial Guinea, Inc. to perform detailed engineering design and procurement assistance for its Northern Block G (NBG) Development project offshore Equatorial Guinea, which includes the development of four reservoir areas.

	26th August 2004 - Wood Group-owned Deepwater Specialists Inc wins first contract in Nigeria Deepwater Specialists Inc. ("DSI"), a subsidiary of John Wood Group PLC ("Wood Group"), has been contracted by Amec to provide commissioning services for Shell's Bonga floating, production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel, offshore Nigeria. Valued at approximately US$4 million, it is DSI's first contract win in Nigeria.

	23rd August 2004 - Wood Group wins $15.7million, long-term operations & maintenance contract in New York Wood Group Power Operations, Inc. ("WGPO"), part of the Gas Turbine Services Division of John Wood Group PLC ("Wood Group"), has been awarded a ten-year, $15.7 million power plant services contract with Equus Power I, LP ("EQUUS") at the customer's simple-cycle peaking power station on Long Island, New York.

	17th August 2004 - TransCanada Turbines awarded a $37 million long-term service agreement in the Gulf of Mexico TransCanada Turbines Ltd (TCT), part of the Gas Turbine Services Division of John Wood Group PLC ("Wood Group") has been awarded a long-term service agreement worth $37 million over ten years with BP America Production Company for eleven General Electric LM2500 gas turbines on three deep-water platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. Work will begin on the contract mid-2004.

(WGFS), part of the Gas Turbine Services division of John Wood Group PLC ("Wood Group"), has been awarded a $10.8 million, five-year fuel nozzle repair contract from the US Air Force.

This brings the number of facilities operated by Wood Group Production Services for Apache to 36, employing approximately 160 operations personnel.

Mr. Sevin was previously vice president, Business Development and Marketing.

Highly reliable, with no pulsation, the SPS systems eliminate daily maintenance inherent to other pumping systems and reduce life-time operating costs.

	27th April 2004 - Mustang Awarded Front-end Engineering for ChevronTexaco Tahiti Deepwater Project Mustang Engineering has been selected by ChevronTexaco to perform front-end engineering design for Tahiti topsides oil and gas processing facilities. The Tahiti facility, a truss spar floating facility, is located in approximately 4000 feet of water in the Gulf of Mexico about 190 miles southwest of New Orleans in Green Canyon 640, 641 and 596.

	26th April 2004 - Wood Group Wins $12million Gas Turbine Maintenance Contract in Sultanate of Oman Wood Group Heavy Industrial Turbines Ltd (WGHIT) has been awarded a $12million long-term contract to provide maintenance service support for the gas turbines and associated equipment owned and operated by Dhofar Power Company SAOC and Dhofar Generating Company SAOC in the Sultanate of Oman.

	26th April 2004 - Santos Barbosa Receives Four-Year Contract from Petrobras Santos Barbosa has won a $22 million, four-year contract with Petrobras to provide modifications and maintenance services, including engineering, fabrication, offshore installation and maintenance, for four deepwater semi-submersible drilling rigs. The rigs--P-10, P-16, P-17 and P-23--operate in the Campos and Santos basins.

	22nd April 2004 - Chuck Crosby Named Vice President of Wood Group Wireline Services Wood Group Wireline Services has promoted Robert "Chuck" Crosby to vice president. Chuck was most recently general manager of WGWS and was responsible for the growth of the company's slickline operations in the United States and Venezuela.

	15th April 2004 - Wood Group Production Services Wins MMS District Safety Award for Excellence Wood Group Production Services has earned the 2003 Production Contractor Safety Award for Excellence (SAFE) for the Lake Charles District of the Gulf of Mexico. The award is issued annually by the U.S. Department of the Interior's Minerals Management Service.

	31st March 2004 - Wood Group Expands Gas Turbine Services Facilities and Capabilities in Thailand Delegates from power companies throughout Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe gathered at Wood Group Heavy Industrial Turbines (Thailand) Ltd ("WGHIT Thailand") on 10th March, 2004 to witness the official opening of its newly extended gas turbine service facility in Rayong by the Provincial Governor of Rayong, Mr Vicharn Chaiyanan.

	8th March 2004 - Mustang Selected To Design Its Fourth Kerr-McGee Deepwater Gulf Of Mexico Facility Mustang Engineering has been selected by Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Corp., a wholly owned affiliate of Kerr-McGee Corp. (NYSE: KMG), to provide engineering, procurement services and project management assistance for the topsides production facility on a truss spar for its recently announced Constitution field.

	2nd March 2004 - Baudat joins Mustang Engineering as Midstream Group Project Director Mustang Engineering announced that Ned P. Baudat has joined the company as Project Director for its Midstream Group. Ned has more than 40 years experience in gas processing, including LNG. Most recently he was operations manager for Bechtel's Global Gas Group, with recent experience as project director of the ConocoPhillips LNG facility in Darwin, Australia and project manager of the Atlantic LNG Train 1 in Trinidad.

	2nd March 2004 - Poythress Joins Mustang Engineering Mustang Engineering announced that Earl Poythress has joined its Pipeline Services Group as Principal Consultant. He has more than 25 years experience in the pipeline industry, involved in virtually every facet of providing pipeline services. Most recently, he was president of an Atlanta-based energy services company serving the Southeast.
