Wood Group offers both conventional and time-saving wellheads. Installation of the time-saving systems can eliminate approximately 17 hours of rig time, a substantial savings at today's rig rates.
Wood Group is the second largest provider of surface wellheads and valves in the United States and our international presence is growing. Manufacturing facilities are located in the United States, Canada, Scotland, Indonesia, China and Venezuela, and investment in new facilities has increased manufacturing capacity to supply new markets.
We have nearly 50 service bases located in active drilling and production regions around the world, 26 in the United States and 23 more in 15 countries on six continents (from Argentina to Yemen). They are staffed with an estimated 145 service representatives with an average of four years of experience each. The representatives are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
